I’m an inventive Instructional Designer who has been creating learning experiences for people of all ages for over 10 years. I strategically design and develop learning solutions that encourage participation and engagement to help learners achieve and surpass objectives and business goals.

I enjoy cultivating an efficient culture of collaboration and communication when working with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

After I conduct a needs analysis and determine business goals and learner gaps, I can create engaging branching scenarios, software simulations, vIlT, and eLearning experiences.

By selectively choosing learning modalities and utilizing storytelling and gamification, I am able to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences that support transfer, retention, application, and mastery of learning.
